By completing the purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or access has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased digital product and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
Any refund granted under these circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
